First Step – Book a Tour
To get started, please complete our Book a Tour form. We’d love to show you around and discuss how our therapeutic spaces can support your practice.

Second Step – Document Verification
After your tour, we’ll review your documents for verification. Please make sure you bring the following:
 

• Counselling and psychotherapy qualifications/certificates

• Indemnity insurance certificate

• Enhanced DBS certificate

• Membership certificate from a recognised counselling or psychotherapy body
   

Third Step – Access to Members' Area
Once your documents are verified, you’ll gain access to our members’ area, where you can use our 24/7 online booking system.

 

Tours are available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8 am to 9 am (please allow 30–40 minutes for the tour).
